Practice Space: explore the latest practices

Awakening Yoga Vinyasa - 01/09 - This week’s practice is built especially for runners and cyclists. Approach it mostly like an “active recovery” session: You could do it right after a run or bike ride, or on a day off. Just a little bit of work on the front end to engage the prime movers in running and cycling, then plenty of time to ease into release.

Intro. to Awakening Yoga - 01/06 - This week's practice is light on sweat, heavy on stretch, with a focus on finding space through the hips, quads, hamstrings, and calves--for those days after a heavy run (or you just need a good stretch).
